I wanted velocity blue so bad, but placed my new order for a 23MY today. Went with Atlas blue metallic. It's a nice color (we have an Explorer in this color), but it's not as bright and beautiful as velocity blue! Jealous of all of you who got this awesome color and sad that Ford ditched it for the 23MY.

I've seen a lot of other vehicles on the road that are metallic blue, including older Fords including the Ranger, but NONE of the blues stand out and are as beautiful as Velocity Blue. It just seems to almost "glow".

Finally got the hood scoop and roof spoiler painted and installed on my Maverick and I couldn't be happier! Paint color is spot-on and I think they look absolutely fantastic.

I had already pre-meditated the hood scoop and put on the hood decal (also from Ford) about a month ago. I think it kind of gives an illusion that the scoop opening being larger than it really is.

Mine with 19 inch rotiform wheels and suspension on it. Everyone loves the blue color that talk to me about it.

Had new marker lenses and hood protector sprayed body color. Pulled the bulbs so no more light. Better to get plastic chipped than the metal.

My 2018 F150 was Lightening Blue, very similar to Velocity Blue. My VB Maverick is actually in 'ship' mode as I write this. Should be here by the end of Oct.
