I brought my Maverick home today!

I'm replacing my trusty 2014 Mazda 3 hatchback, and I never thought I'd get anything as big as this. The hybrid and 4K tow combination won me over. I've used trucks a lot but never owned one myself so I look forward to living with this one, hopefully for a long happy time.

It is the perfect homeowner, hobbyist truck. I have had mine 13 months and still love driving it. The adaptive cruise and lane keeping work well. Had it set last night at 57 on a 2 lane road, took a turn that said 45 mph but so what. Well the ACC actually reduced speed as I was going around the turn and the lane keeping assist kept it off the shoulder.

Welcome aboard. I've also got one in space white with the blackout package and stripes. Interesting colour, probably more grey than white, but shifts a bit in the sun.

Thanks for the welcome everyone. It really doesn't feel as big as its dimensions looked on paper, either to drive or to park. It even takes up less space in the garage than I expected!

I am LOVING the adaptive cruise, and the park sensors and 360 camera have been a pleasure to use as well.

Parking next to a "real" truck is pretty satisfying.
