My 2024 Maverick XL check engine light came on. Took it to dealer and they said my catalytic converter is bad. Warranty covers it but now I’m worried this will be the first of many problems. Has anyone had this issue?

Don’t worry about it I bought a 2015 Chrysler 200 New drove it for 3 weeks then the dreaded check engine light came onMy 2024 Maverick XL check engine light came on. I too have a 24 xl and my light came on the second day , I don't recall the code from my code reader but it was emission related. My ford app told me it was a rubber o-ring and to insert the emergency funnel several times and it should clear it , it continued to come after I cleared code every few weeks through the summer. I don't drive much (2400 miles since mid April). A few weeks ago I decided to add rust proofing to my Maverick and took off all under cladding to do a through job. That's when I discovered my evap canister had been damaged , my best guess by the delivery truck drive. I am not a fan of dealer service departments. So rather than argue my case and probably lose after 7 months of owning, I just ordered a Motorcraft part from Rockauto for 60% less than the dealer price. My 2024 Maverick XL check engine light came on.
