I like if true that it's waterproof also the integration of the connectors versus tapping wires or splicing.

Is that butt ugly white and black checkered pattern removable as that looks horrible? Also why not show it in action working?

If I were to purchase this, I would definitely depin a wire or two so I could get some type of protective heat shrink tubing over all the wiring. As well as wrapping the runs of wires with Tessa tape to avoid chafing and short circuiting. Then putting a coating of dielectric grease inside each connector.

I agree the checkerboard pattern is hideous, but the overall design and integration is cool.

They do look really bright for side markers, but I like the light movement as blinkers.

Too bad about the white lens. Unless you have a white Maverick of course. Other than that, these would stick out like a sore thumb and likely yellow over time. Guess I'll have to wait for another third party to get it right. DOT amber is the way to go on these.

I’ve seen the original ones down to as little as $45, I paid $90 for mine. Now they want $100 for these let’s see how well they do.
