My 2024 Ford Maverick XLT has a chirping problem. The chirp is very intermittent. Sometimes a single chirp, sometimes two or three chirps at a time. It only chirps when my truck is moving. It sounds like my kitchen timer. The strange part is it located on the passenger side on the right side of the seat. I have looked all around and under the seat and also in the seat back to make sure there wasn't an electrical device there. The only electrical devices I have added that could possibly chirp on that side is a GPS locating device I installed from my car insurance insurer and a dash cam that is attached to the passenger side headliner. Nothing in the glovebox chirps.
At some point, I will have a passenger confirm that the chirp is coming from that position and not another location. Anyone else had the same problem?

FWIW, if you're into vehicle locators (I'm not), your truck already has one built in.

My 24 XLT had a chirp/rattle from the passenger seat. I could make it stop by holding the seat when it rattled.
Finally figured it out, the adjuster handle for the forward slider was a little loose, where the arm held against the slots under the seat. I put a small piece of rag under the slide lock, the noise is gone.
I'm not describing this very good, I can try to get a pic tomorrow if needed.

It's probably not electronic. It's probably metal rubbing on metal when you hit bumps.

Maverick "Chirping seat" problem solved! Yesterday, when I got into my Maverick, the chirping problem got so bad I was able to isolate the sound and it's origin. Turns out it was my four-month-old Car & Driver dash camera. I unplugged the camera, mounted in the passenger windshield area, and suddenly no more chirps. Now I need to get another dashcam.

I am having the same problem with my Lariat. It's driving me crazy. Can I do the same?
