Took my 2023 XL FWD Ecoboost out to tow some motorcycles on a 3 rail motorcycle trailer this past weekend. I was really impressed how it handled the ~1000 lbs load in tow/haul mode, didn't really notice it much and had plenty of power. I normally get ~27mpg empty and towing in the foothills of NC, Charlotte to Mt Airy I got ~23mpg. I did notice on the interstate it would stay in 6th gear below 74 mph in tow/haul mode but once you set cruise at 74/75 it would go to 7th gear. Its a shame Ford isn't making the FWD Ecoboost as an option anymore, such a fun and powerful little truck. The Hybrid may get more MPGs but I get more smiles in the Ecoboost. I have driven both.

Awesome! I've seen some unreal stuff on Gasgas at a show. In the late 60's I had a Bultaco Alpina 350. Wish I kept it🥲
