I have to be a pedant and remind everyone; that is a front lip. A splitter is a flat piece of plastic (or metal, I've made one out of plywood too) that is mounted as low to the ground as possible.

The Diode Dynamic fog lights would look amazing. It’s a new truck with 8k miles, the paint looks good because it’s new. Just give it time, it will be full of swirl marks.

You have to reuse some of the existing screws/bolts, there is double sided tape, 3m polyurethane adhesive, and a few push pins. Installation instructions are available on their website. Install takes about an hour, but you have to leave masking tape in place for 24 hours, to allow for the adhesive to dry. 3 out of 10 difficulty.

Note to others, don't treat the bumper trim with 303 protectant a week before doing the install. 91% IPA and included adhesion promoter pad worked for the area under the lip but I couldn't get the masking tape to stick at all on the trim above, had to run the tape from the plastic skid plate under the lip all the way to the headlights to get it to hold.
