I'm not on Instagram, but maybe one of you are. Can somebody reach out to him and invite him to join MTC and explain his offering? With this being the largest Maverick forum around, he'd be well advised to interact with us. His website offers no way to contact him.

Not on it either but he does have a little video showing the compartments. This looks far less janky on Instagram than on the website.

I would recommend putting an under construction landing page that the domain redirects to. That way he can finish the actual website and it not look like a scam.

They should join the forum, as you said.

Here’s what I think.
The guy is building the site.
He published the site.
He didn’t think anyone would find it yet as he worked on it.
It’s been found in its infancy and now people think it’s a scam.
It’s clearly someone just getting started with the site. That’s all.

Hey my first post on this forum!

The better question is why does this even exist. So dumb.

target market surely is people using their Maverick for work. there is a thread here on mtc of several trucks that people DIY rear seat delete and one of them is filled with Milwaukee packout tool boxes.

I would not put a bunch of tools on top of either this conversion or the stock rear seats in plain sight, and I live in a fairly safe area. it's just a matter of time until some lowlife sees it and breaks in. if you need tools, parts or anything valuable to work I would get a hard tonneau or shell and store stuff out of sight.

I would have loved this in my fleet trucks back in the day. We self-deleted the rear seats on our trucks. Something like this would have been incredibly, incredibly, useful.

Edit: Also, pet people.

Does it cut into the center console? Looks like it does.

But other than that it does look great. $1k is way out of my price range but I do like it very much. I've been wanting to do something like this for a long time.

After FAST... yea.. I'm scared.
Ive favorited the site, just in case price comes down $1100 tooo much

Well, there are people who have no more than 1 friend...
You have friends?

Why?

🤣

Search around, there have been a number of posts on this subject. One guy even removed the plastic that creates the bins underneath.

I remember seeing this a while ago. It makes me want a SuperCab over a SuperCrew.

I'm not the target market but that looks janky as hell. For $1100 I'd want hidden hinges and finished edges but I'm of the belief that form and function both carry weight.

I not sure I agree there ever was a time when the internet wasn't about money. probably before Google ads?
Late 80's to early 90's. Back when it was scientists and cat memes and wasn't full of porn and politics.
