Scheduled build in 2 days thanks to Tim Bartz at Long McArthur

Ordered a hybrid lariat with them being basically guaranteed by @fordvideoguy that a Lariat would be scheduled in the next week or two. He was dead right and now I’m planning what my trip to Kansas is going to entail to make this happen. Anyone who is willing to make the trip should consider giving them a call. My salesperson with them has been extremely candid and I can’t say the same for numerous other dealerships I’ve spoken with over the past two months. I wanted to share with anyone on here who has been dealing with a similar situation. They had over 100 allocations this month and will have more next month. They also took my order with no deposit. Just grateful is all 🥹

I bought from them and had it delivered (I really wanted to fly and drive but timing didn't work out). Great experience all around.

It looks like you ordered from Chris Herbst as well (my order ID is C03H). This is the third Maverick purchased from him (if we take this one). The other two were Retail orders customers didn't take. This is my first personal Retail order with Long McArthur.

If we take it, I will have Long McArthur install a spray-in bedliner and probably light ceramic tint (like Llumar IRX50) on the sides and rear window (all the same shade to ensure the fronts look different from the rest) with clear tint on the windshield (like Llumar AIR 80) if they will do the windshield.

I don't understand why more dealerships don't treat their customers this way. They are so short sighted. They screw you over to the maximum of their ability and high five each other as you drive away and never come back. Treat people right and you have a customer for life. Cheers to Long McArthur, wish they were closer.

Redline - IMHO it's worth it to work with Long McArthur from anywhere in the States, unless you have a dealer like them nearer to you. I'm more than done with all the dealers around me that do the addons, especially the $400 charge for nitrogen, $150 for locking lug nuts, and won't negotiate to remove them, insane. At the very least people should shop their local deals against what Long McArthur can do. Upfront transparency, honesty, and no dealer adds are huge for me. I'm in Texas but I'd make the trip from anywhere in the U.S. for what they offer as a dealership.
