2023 Maverick Hybrid, Service Required Soon Message, Wrench Light Illuminated

Dash Wrench Light illuminates intermittently. Dealer has looked at the vehicle two times and could not duplicate the problem. Third time I took it to the dealer the Wrench Light was illuminated, and the message Service Required Soon was displayed. Dealer preformed extensive troubleshooting over a five-day period and finally decided to replace the APP Assembly. After APP Assembly was replaced, I picked up the vehicle drove it about 500 miles and the same indications reoccurred. I have another appointment with the dealer for more troubleshooting next week.

Are there any Hybrid owners who have had the same intermittent Wrench Light Illuminated problem? What was the fix? Any suggestions?

What DTC(s) did they find?

The first two visits no DTCs were detected. They said they could not duplicate the problem and sent me on my way. The third visit the Wrench Light was illuminated when I dropped the vehicle off and the following DTCs were stored: IPMA-U0401; 86-28 and U418:86-28; OCSM-U0401:00-28; PCM-P2138:00-AE; RCM-B00A0:68-28 and SOBDMC-U0401:00-28.

They performed diagnostics for PCM DTC P2138.

Had the same issue. check the ford app. mine had the code listed. took 3 visits for them to figure out it was the battery
