Heat exchanger

So Ford found the coolant leak problem with my truck they replaced the line to the heat exchanger but they just called to say it has no power now when you step on the gas anybody else have this problem? I could have sworn I read somewhere on the forum about this.

So the dealer called you to tell you they fixed the leak but now the truck has no power? I hope they then said they are working on it.

So I texted the dealership and told them about the PCM recall they called me back and said that was it. Thanks to this forum I get my truck back tomorrow. Thanks to everyone on here who post all the fixes to the Maverick truck.

Seems like any recalls would have been the first thing they looked for. GEEZ!

Hey Don was your leak visible or were you just smelling it from the front end

I didn’t see the leak just smell. They replaced a coolant line and did the recalls and the PCM recall had to be redone the first one caused a no power issue.

My sentiments exactly!! They probably drained the battery also while working on it.
