After too many visits to the dealers for recall software updates, I had Ford send a mobile unit. He is doing the 2 latest updates right now. If all goes well, this should conclude all of the recalls. The "fire under the hood" one is a cheap fix for ford so will see if there is another one later involving replacing the engine block which is what should happen. This mobile unit is much easier than sitting with the car and wasting half of my day. I was told the car will need to recalibrate everything once the fix is done to relearn driving habits, etc. Fingers crossed .
