Got the 24 xl Hybrid (atlas blue). Stock wheels (steel) look like crap. Wanting to upgrade. They are 17" and it's my understanding that the xlt and Lariat have an 18 inch tire package? To accommodate, they switch from a 65 series tire to a 60 series?
And as long as the bolt pattern (5x108) is the same, then the upgraded wheels and tires should fit?

I put 18 inch wheels with 265/60/18 at tires on my AWD (stock suspension) and had no rubbing whatsoever. Remember that backspacing is important too. What size tires are you going to use? I also have 235/60/18 on my Hybrid with Mach-E wheels.

FYI - Both my '22 Lariat EB [FWD] and my '24 Lariat hybrid came with 225/60 R18 Michelin Primacy A/S. The wheels/rims on both are identical.

Remember that the wider tires have more drag, dropping your fuel mileage. That may be more of a limitation on your hybrid, as the EB uses a lot more fuel anyways. The stock 17" and 18" rims are 7" wide with a 38mm offset. The 18" aftermarket rims in 7" do not seem to exist, and almost all of them are 8" wide. That means that the offset and tire width combination are critical with aftermarket rims. With a 7" rim and the 225mm tire width, the allowed offset is +35mm to +45mm. The Tremor comes with 235mm tires, but it has an inch of lift and is probably not equivalent to stock as a result. Lots of people have gone with 235mm tire width on the stock rims, so that combination probably works. If you get even wider tires, you will need less offset to prevent hitting the shocks, and you'll have to try them out to see if they clear the inner fenders under full lock and high-G turns.

Have you noticed any mpg change?
I went with a slightly larger tire at 235/60/18 and lifted it another 1.5 inches. I took a little hit in MPGs but on my commute I am between 40 and 45 or so depending on condition. Sometimes I hit the low 50s. Around town I can get in the 50s if traffic cooperates. Open highway between 70 and 85mph I am down to EPA highway rating around 33ish depending on how I drive. It I am in sport mode I can drop into the upper 20s on the highway.
