One local dealer to me, had about a half dozen advertised. One was almost identical to the loaded 24 Lariat EB I have on order, right down to the color. Price was about $150 less due to very minor option differences. Gave them a call to let then know I wanted to see it, drive it, and buy it (45 min drive so I didnt want to just show up). Good thing, as it turned out it was someone else's order that just arrived. Left my number in case buyer backed out. Late last week and haven't heard yet!

Dealers always advertise ALL the Mavericks they get in including customer's orders as if they are all on the lot and available.
Most are not.
A real tip off is not having the window sticker available for viewing - or the VIN so you can look up the window sticker - because it will state "Special Order". And if you've been looking for a Maverick you know what that means - it's a customer order truck who will be in today or tomorrow to pick it up. Then they leave the add up for a week.
If they don't have the window sticker available, it's not real - and if they do and it says special order, it isn't real either.
In the rare case where a customer doesn't want a truck who's window sticker they are showing as special order they can make 1 phone call from their list and sell it immediately there is no reason to advertise it - but they do.
I waited 1 year and 3 months for my Maverick - I've seen most of their tricks.

most I’ve seen on any lot ever , they had 6 more marked sold .

So all vehicles on car lots are available for sale?
Not customer ordered ones.

Yes, you couldn't get me to buy a hybrid. Has to be AWD and tow package. The dealer down the road from me had two hybrids at the time. They are on lots here now also though most are with little or no options. You just need to search dealer inventory.
