I did and they gave me a "certificate number". The dealer said it was a valid number; but they could not see it.Call up ford marketing and see what offers show up.
My guess, your dealer looked up your incentives on smart vincent and only clicked on "sale date" and didn't bother to click on "protection date".I did and they gave me a "certificate number". The dealer said it was a valid number; but they could not see it.
Customer service gave me the Vin number and said I had a private offer of 2500Ford won't tell me about it. The dealer says they can't see it until build is complete; How can I see it?
What are the private offers? Nothing has been mentioned to me about it. Is this one of those deals where the dealer can pocket the money if they choose to?Ford won't tell me about it. The dealer says they can't see it until build is complete; How can I see it?
I hope the dealer cannot pocket the money! When you order a Mav in one model year and Ford does not build until the next model year (as was my case) the cost of the Mav is higher. So Ford issues a cost adjustment to help offset the cost increase. That is my understsnding (but I am not an expert in these type of things), but I could be missing something. What are the private offers? Nothing has been mentioned to me about it. My truck shows build complete. Now it’s just finishing details and getting from Mexico to here.
I originally ordered in the fall of 2022. I have received no information regarding any offers. Living on a fixed income that needs fixing I will gladly take any help they want to give.I hope the dealer cannot pocket the money! The dealer pocketed my “private offer” vs. letting the truck go after waiting 650 daysWhat are the private offers? Nothing has been mentioned to me about it. Is this one of those deals where the dealer can pocket the money if they choose to?
