Should I have received my private offer?

I ordered a 2022 Maverick XLT Hybrid October of 2021. I got rolled over to a 2023 model year, but I have never received any email confirming that I got a private offer. I did get an email from Ford saying that my order for the 2023 model year is in, but nothing else. For context, I now ordered a 2023 Lariat Hybrid. I don't know if changing from XLT to Lariat from 2022 to 2023 would make a difference but I didn't think it would.
Is there some sort of email I was supposed to receive? Should I keep waiting for something or reach out to somebody?

Call Ford customer service ask them to look and see if your private offer is in your account? You will need your old sales code and order code to find it. If they can't help contact your dealer. I still have not received confirmation on mine.

Just called. They said the private offer certificate is not there but they could see I ordered a 2022 and 2023. They told me to contact my dealer to see if there was an error with how they put my order in. Just sent an email to my dealer.
Does anyone know if there is some workaround to get the private offer if my dealer can't figure out what's going on?

Your private offer will be in the smart vincent when you actually buy the truck. It won't show until then. That's what Tim Bartz says.

Ford CS can check smart vincent. You can take this offer to any dealer so it should show beforehand . Mine has been escalated to Regional for questioning. Could be as simple as a name match or worse.

Is it possible that the sale of the vehicle must be in process before it will show? Kind of like when you check a box and it takes you to the discount at that point? It is odd, if they normally show. Tim Bartz could answer that question on his facebook live show that's on tonight. It's all live questions and he will answer you. I don't know if he is still in Las Vegas. He was having a real rough time with strenth of Wi-Fi signal on Tuesday night. You can also email him and ask if you choose.

Your dealer would also have had to enter a valid (accepted) COVP. Only approved COVP orders were to qualify for the offer.

Some dealers were slack on getting that completed.
