Shaker 1000. The head unit wasn't the greatest (and I had to replace because it wasn't ejecting CD's anymore) but two subs in the trunk and subs in the door were pretty good for 2006. Much better for the money than the B&O in the Maverick.
Very nice. One of the biggest reasons I ordered a Lariat was for the B&O system. I didn't want to worry about upgrading my sound system. If I had your skills, I would also do what you did.Finally finished my stereo install. I reused the amp, sub and box from my previous Maverick as well as Infinity Reference speakers.
My take: the Infinity center channel and door speakers were WELL worth the upgrade. The C pillars speakers weren't worth the cost or the effort. The factory B&O setup has so little wattage and such a limited audio range that the speakers offer no noticible improvement.
On my previous Maverick (non B&O) I ran Rockford Fosgate speakers. I recall there was a significant increase from the rear speakers (as well as the front). Hmmm, in the future I may buy a set of RF's for the rear and test.
I didn't take any pics but the amp is mounted toward the driver's side of the B&O amp in about the only usable real estate on the back wall.
I tapped into the harness at the amp for the high level speaker input, ran 8 AWG power and ground wires, installed a 1 Farad capacitor, sub box and Rockford Fosgate 10" in a sealed box.
Basically, it looks very similar to my last Maverick, at least under the seat. Power cables to the cheap capacitor (it's a 250 watt amp, relax Becky) are routed a little differently and cleaner now.
Tuned the amp a little tonight and I'm happy with it.

Oh man, swapping speakers is a CINCH! I have the step-by-step instructions from Crutchfield I'd be happy to send to you. A 8mm socket on a ratchet and some inexpensive pry tools and you're set! You can do this!

Anyways, I've been following your builds and I always appreciate a lowered mini truck with nice sound. My new Maverick brings back so many memories of the late 80s and early 90s. I had a Nissan mini, and a Mazda extra cab. Lowered, paint, sound, all of that crazy stuff from back then. I guess after all this time I forgot about installing amps, speakers, wires, etc, because I knew how to do all of it, lol! Thanks brother, I'll continue to follow your Maverick build.
