New delay email while "in production"

Got this at 6:47 pacific time.

Just yesterday I was told by marketing that I'm in the paint shop & nothing on my build is constrained so I'm really confused right now. I'm now second guessing my decision "not" to order a 2024. Gonna reach out to my dealer when they open this morning. A sad day for sure

I'm in the same situation. My dealer showed me a screenshot that I'm in Trim Line and then I received this same email yesterday. I immediately reached out to my dealer and the response was "Not 100% sure, it could be delayed". I'm very curious what comes of this for all of us.

This exactly how my build is going with the exact dates, no modules as well as green dot. On my window sticker, top right just to the left of the vin# my place in line shows 1743/3952. We should keep in touch when things start to move again.

Looks like we're on the same line. Anxious for production to resume and get our trucks moving down the line towards completion.

Got the same email, and been “In Production since around 7-29-23. But, my modules came alive either Sunday or Monday of this week (8-6 or 8-7). I had been checking every day for about 5 days in a row, including over the weekend. Then finally, activity. I’m writing off the “sorry” email as a glitch. Not sure at what point they set those emails to turn themselves off (and don’t need to know), but I’m hesitantly hopeful of progress.

I have a feeling it is some automation, i,e, if a truck sits in production for more than x days an e-mail is fired off. Programmer didn't account for the 2 weeks plant shutdown. I have never received an e-mail from Ford since I ordered the truck. Only found out I was scheduled through chat, and got a call from dealer 4 weeks later. My dates have changed quite a bit and currently scheduled for 8/21 and have the green in production. but the icon has changed from last week.

Mine is scheduled for production in 2 weeks, still no window sticker though. How soon before production was anyone able to see their window sticker?

My sticker popped on 7/21 and truck was "supposedly" built on 7/29 according to chat as I get no emails. Current status according to chat is truck is stuck in pre shipment for 2 weeks. What is pre-shipment anyway? How long can it take to put plastic bags over the seat and plastic wrap on the hood?

Plant shutdown? Troubles? No idea.

I think in general a week before. In my case August 2, for a build week of 8/21, so actually 3 weeks but subtract the 2 weeks shutdown. Part of the in production is getting the parts. I have been in production since 8/2.

Has anyone's status changed, modules populated or anything else that shows your moving down the line? I was hoping to see a change but nothing yet for me.

Still no change for me from my post above. 18 days now sitting in pre shipment status according to chat.

My wife found Facebook postings of electricians rewiring on the Hermosillo assembly line so obvious the plant is shutdown.

I am scheduled for week on 8/21 as well (date has bounced from 8/21-2-26 from the time I got my VIN). Went into production 8/3 and Window sticker 8/5. No emails (so far) from Ford regarding a delay.

No, still the same as last week. We probably won’t see a change till next week if the plant was shut down.
the only thing that changed for me is that the projected production date moved back to the original emailed projected date of 31 July. It had been changed to 5 Aug, my window sticker popped on 3 Aug.
