I use Meguiar's D170 also known as Hyper Dressing. It's water based and can be used straight or diluted. Tire dressings that are NOT water based tend to be harder to clean off when dirty and depending on the chemical makeup can cause the surface of the tire to discolor. So yes I have to clean and apply new dressing every time I clean my Maverick but they look showroom perfect every time.

I ordered Permashine the other day. It should be here any day, I will let everyone know how it works when it arrives.
On a side note: I just put 2 coats of Fortoo 10H Ceramic/Graphene coating on my Maverick last night. it is in the garage curing. I will post photos later today.

I ordered that.
It does stay shiny. It does last a lot longer and does not "catch" dust/dirt or sling
but it does not last as long as they claim

on my daily driver its about 2 months of shiny then it sorta flaked off
On my every once in a while car its like 6 months
(both out door kept )

that being said I would not keep it out of my carwash supplies
i would buy it again
but its pricy

I'm a cheapskate. I use the Armor All shine in the aerosol can. Works good for me. Also works real good on trim pieces

i like the shiney tires and i do re-apply when washing my little buddy, but my choice lately has been Chemical Guys tire kicker and according to the ads show it on the exterior trim and even say inside but i haven't tried it on them.

I use (Cover ALL) By superior/product's it is water proof and does a great job just simple spray on and leave it for 20min and it is there to stay also this is ex/on interior also it is about $10 a can but is good, you can get it at any auto parts store!!!!

Same. Stopped using anything silicone based dressing a long time ago. In addition to what's mentioned above, some of those products will stain paint if slung up on there. I never worry about the Hyper Dressing. It usually last through one rain, and then when you wash the truck it literally washes off. Couldn't be easier.

It's cheaper than the others too, as you buy it by the gallon and dillute with water how you like. I think I'm about 4:1 for the black licorice look I like. You can go stronger for the shiny look, or weaker for just a new tire look.
