Today I tinted all the windows and did a strip at the top of the windshield. I installed 20% on the front 2 windows and the windshield glare strip, and 35% tint on all the rear (factory dyed) windows. I used nano ceramic tint on every window. Very happy with the darkness (haven't tried it at night yet). Also today, I installed all 4 mud flaps with paint protection film between the mud flap and the paint. Mud flaps went on easily without a problem.

I purchased them off of ebay. do not hit buy it now! I made an offer of $39 and they accepted it. I would suggest doing the same. I believe they are the same quality as Mugsley brand & others.
Good luck with them!

EDIT: I would also suggest buying some paint protective film to put between the paint and the mud flap. Others on this site claim that dirt and debris get caught between them and ware on the paint in a very short time.

Why not go 50-70% on the whole windshield instead of the Brow?

Went to Tractor Supply today, Got the 4x6 Horse Mat. Cut to fit the bed and exactly enough to do the tail gate (just need some longer screws). Super heavy duty mat for $50.
It can also be flipped over for the smooth side.

Update:
The 4x6 mat is very heavy (100 lbs). The tail gate cut section is probably 20 lbs alone. I used longer screws with washers in place of the 8 screws (I only replaced 6 screws) on the tailgate metal access panel and longer screws on the black (bottle opener) on each side. Very Important - Make sure the tail gate will close before you decide drill holes in the mat for the screws. My mat sits perfectly on top of the floor part of the bed mat (see photo of tail gate closed). I used a crayon to mark where the mat has to sit to clear the bottom mat. The hardest part was cutting the wheel well cuts. I used a strong razor knife (sheet rock knife). It took about 20 passes with the knife to get through the 1" thick mat. Be patient and don't scratch your paint in the bed or the tail gate. I am very happy with the result. Best of Luck!

Tip: 42.5" between wheel wells, cut 2.75" off of each side for 31.5" (Length of wheel well) that is where you start your (45 degree) cut to each edge of the mat. Slide the mat forward flush against the front of bed. Now you can mark and cut where the bed floor ends (should be 54.5"). I mounted the remaining 17+ inches on the tailgate. (y)

I'm looking at your PPF pattern/install. It looks great! I'm installing my Muslogy Mud flaps today, but the PPF sent is only ~1/2" wide and does not cover the full width of the paint that the mud flap comes into contact with. Plus, it is just a straight 1/2" strip and not contoured like yours. What PPF did you use and how did you create your pattern for it? Tks in advance.

I cut the strips they provided in a curved shape and used two side by side.

I bought this --https://www.ebay.com/itm/155891291741?_trkparms=amclksrc%3DITM%26aid%3D1110025%26algo%3DHOMESPLICE.COMPOSITELISTINGS%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D20220405142716%26meid%3Ddfbc4cfa4dd044ebb146d02d9b9fb845%26pid%3D101506%26rk%3D18%26rkt%3D25%26sd%3D134193565849%26itm%3D155891291741%26pmt%3D1%26noa%3D0%26pg%3D3458402%26algv%3DAlgoIndex5SimRanker%26brand%3DUnbranded&_trksid=p3458402.c101506.m1851&amdata=cksum%3A155891291741dfbc4cfa4dd044ebb146d02d9b9fb845%7Cenc%3AAQAIAAAA8GoJD7Htoqgzdqq5KXqsWywThG83dQK3JV3J5shHyHQFUAcwx8EINNo%252F%252BYsGJSKA7%252FK4oQEMsL2b7h%252Fqu5QBM2sp1a07AljwKdgtkCdBB6TlqbAherssEy%252B9bMmuIQjVY%252FFsfwHjHGDEmUtARZGydmliG4He1tEPDN9edqYZuip3pXFOyERFtTdYzzdI23CJR9qC7gqsHTiWL%252BnBmdi%252BC9vZ9HtkmvVTxQ1thlu%252Bk544yO3smJSjIi%252BNzPczWo4n6%252BZG3RXeImr3nGut6A62w6GEC1SR94EEy4S8iJa6hNumN7v1fZXdYZ9NXbKK0lGHsA%253D%253D%7Campid%3APL_CLK%7Cclp%3A3458402-- it was only $9 for 2 rolls at the time.
Then I held the mud flap up to the truck in its place, took my kids crayon and traced where the outline of the mud flap touched the paint. stuck the tape on and cut at the crayon mark. came out perfect! Much better than the ppf that Mugslogy provides (I think). just be careful when cutting the tape, do not cut into the paint or its clear coat. Good Luck with yours!

Thanks! Good advice. Loved Phoenix when we were there a few years ago when we were road tripping in our RV. Glad we saved our kids Crayolas :)

Thanks! I was considering doing the same and had to ask. Your results look great!

i like that it's only $50. but the fact that i'd be carrying an extra 100lbs all the time can't be too fuel efficient

Agreed!.... But if there is a nuclear blast, you can put this mat over you and survive. It will probably be here for several hundred years (it's that sturdy)
