I don't have my Mav yet (see my .sig), so I don't have a final Line-X price. But, I did get a quote from a local Line-X shop here in Delaware on 2022-09-29 (prices may have gone up because of the current inflation market). They quoted me the small truck price of $520 for the base liner, and an additional $289 for custom color option (my plan is to color match to the orange trim in the cab of the XLT that I have on order). For a grand total of $809, and because in Delaware no sales tax.

Just to throw out some prices.
I’d just do a standard black, to match rail caps and pocket that $289, you can do a lot of cruising for that especially if it’s a hybrid.

I got the lux package on my Lariat so it has the factory sibl and the bottom and sides are sprayed separately so that each piece can be removed and replaced if need be. I found this out when I hauled some mulch and some small pieces got stuck in small crevices between the bottom and side of bed. When I had my first oil change at my local ford dealer while waiting I walked back to body shop and they showed me a sketch of bed parts, the bed is not all one solid piece.
Same for mine. Not sure if I like it that way or not... As you mentioned, "stuff" does seem to get trapped in those cracks, which was never an issue in the truck I had done by LineX. I'm wondering if black silicone caulk would adhere well enough to seal up those cracks, while still allowing the individual panels to be pulled if necessary.

I thought about that but it was designed that way for some reason so If it gets too ugly I’ll just take an air hose and blow it out. No one sees it as I’ve got a bed cover on my Mav

I guess most things do cost more in BC! I'm in northern Ontario. Sudbury area.
And that's lame :(. They did a great job with mine. Zero overspray. But they taped over the spacers that are behind the rails and sprayed on top of the tape lol. So I cut around the spacers, removed the tape and went back for them to repair those spots. So I reinstalled the rails without those spacers.
Yep. And really you have to look a bit carefully to actually find issues but I’ve highlighted a few. Most annoying one is the bump on the tailgate. Seems pretty good otherwise though, probably will last a while. There’s only one place for linex on the island, not sure if it’s less in Vancouver.

Oh wow! They have gone right up to every edge with mine. It's weird that every shop is different if it's LineX.

Very happy with how it came out. They removed the hardware, grommets, and cubbies to spray underneath.

. Has any of you had the under carriage sprayed to reduce noice and rattles?
I am thinking an about doing it.
Also for those of you in the Detroit area what is the best paint protection and what is the price to get it done?

In addition to the factory installed sprayed liner I put a rubber bed mat in to prevent scuffing up the liner. It’s a lot easier cleaning the mat then cleaning out the bed of the truck.
I believe that I am going to put a cover on the tailgate also, that spot gets more wear and tare and I want to keep the truck looking good as long as possible.

If you get a tailgate cover, let us know what you get. I’m interested as well. I have a bed mat from Rough Country coming today.

First thing I did with mine was take it to Line-X. $650 for the Premium. It came out well. Very pleased.

Looks great, Looks like the factory ford spray except that was only $495 and included side tiedown rails as a bonus.

Got mine through the dealer after delivery but rolled into final price. $650 premium. They did a fantastic job prepping so that all the threads and drain holes are all clean as a whistle. A must-have in one of the rust capitals of the Country of Buffalo NY.
Did you get rust proofing underspray or snow tires + wheels? And if so, where? I'm also in WNY and supposed to get my truck this month!

That looks great! I'm considering doing the same thing. How much was it, if you don't mind me asking? I was quoted $750, which is for standard bed size and was wondering if they give a discount for Maverick size anywhere. $750 seems pretty steep.
In 2006 I had my [new] GMC Canyon done by Rhino Linings. I had my next new truck, 2016 GMC Canyon, and now my Mav done using Line-X. I prefer the finer grain of Line-X over Rhino. I live in SoCal where everything is expensive but I called around, found a small Line-X shop, showed him the MSRP for spray bedliner of $495 on the Mav build/Ford website and he met the price of $495 if I paid cash. Standard black, no special additives for UV protection or whatever else they try to sell.

That's a great price! I think the fact that there is only one place to get it done in all of northern NH makes my line x store impossible to negotiate with. I am price checking with one 2 hours away, but I doubt it will be good enough to justify the extra hassle.

RE: negotiate = ask if they have done a Mav and remind them the bed is small and not tall. Offer to pay them $495 cash because that is what the factory charges and ask if you can bring it in on a "slow" day. Sometimes giving them some info helps especially if they are not familiar with the Mav trucklet.
