Just registered . I've been going to Carlisle since the mid 70s and this is the first time I'll have a vehicle on the show field . Looking forward to meeting some club members in person . my 2022 Hybrid has 16,000 miles on it and has been great so far !

If pre-registrations hit 50, we get a bigger tent… And wouldn’t that be an impressive display of Mavericks?

But not going to be greedy — If we get 25, that’s still going to be impressive, considering that I think someone said there were two there last year.

I’m counting the “Yes, definitely. Plan to register before April 18 deadline” folks, too.

I found a camp ground for tenting, $75.00 2 nights Friday and Saturday. Paraduse Stream Family Campgroung (717)789-2117 or [email protected] I check motels all around didn’t like the reviews so back to my boyscout days and tenting for both nights.

Hooray! Yes, an event this size can be a bit overwhelming. That’s why having a “headquarters” like a club tent is great — You have a place to sit and relax and get away from the hubub, and enjoy the show at your own pace.

By the way, for those who may not be as personally mobile as they used to be, especially when it comes to navigating a huge showgrounds, mobility scooters are available to rent on site.

Thanks for the heads up, David. We ARE in the club drop-down list in the online registration ... but haven't made it to the club listing that's on another Carlisle Events page.

I was told we'd get on that once we had five registrations under the club ... But it hasn't happened yet. Maybe that's why she was confused?

*** Are you actually registered now? If so, please go to the poll at the top of this thread and change your selection to "YES, DEFINITELY. Already registered," so we have an accurate count.

I have an email out to the event manager, who I set this up with and knows about the MTC and our drive to get a club tent. I've asked him to send me the list of everyone who has registered under the MTC name so far, to make sure we're tracking OK toward our 25 minimum for the tent. He's been slow to respond, but he's a busy guy ...

NOTE: At some point we will probably want to collect actual names and truck info from everyone registered, so we can match up with what Carlisle has. I'll send a message out later to collect that info.
