Ford pass app - adding service records?

Is anyone using the Ford pass app to add DIY service records? I get the info entered but can't get it to "save" ????

got it to work, it was an I D ten T issue, where someone wasnt choosing the drop down for where the service was done. ........ ID10T

I just tried mine...to add a PDI Inspecton on my purchase date. Worked fine.
