My XLT was shipped on 1/24 and has not been delivered to my dealer located in Conshohocken, PA (just outside of Philadelphia). The expected delivery date has been pushed back a couple of times. If your Maverick was shipped to Philadelphia, or one of its suburbs, can you tell me how long it took to arrive? Thanks.

There’s really no predicting shipping times, unfortunately.

We’re 1 hr or so north of you in the Poconos. Our XLT was built 12/01/22.

Didn’t ship from the plant for another month — 1/02/23.

I understand from the window sticker Rail Code that it went by train to a railyard in New Castle, Del. Don’t know how long it sat there waiting for a truck ride north, but a couple of weeks, at least.

Truck didn’t arrive at the dealers for another month — 2/02/23.

Some people have waited longer… It’s out of Ford’s hands between the factory and the dealership. It’s in the hands of rail and trucking companies and their scheduling and staffing issues.

*** Ask your dealer to look in their system and track the truck’s location. This is something they should be able to do.

Mine made it from Mexico to Chicago in 1 week. It has been sitting in the port of Wilmington De for over 3 weeks now. Good luck. Mine shipped 1/27/23

don't forget weather problems. Semis have a lot of downtime when wind and storms make travel too dangerous.

They used to quote average 4-6 weeks for average delivery time after leaving factory. Basically it gets there when it gets there, and there is absolutely nothing you can do to speed it up. Hurry up and wait.

Mine is being delivered to Doylestown, PA.

It was built 2/10, shipped 2/15. Estimated delivery was 2/27 to 3/8...now 3/12 to 3/21. According to the Union Pacific rail number it still is making its way across the country on a train.

I don't want to be a Debbie Downer here, but the timing on your shipment is pretty close to the window of time where it could have been impacted by the East Palestine train derailment. It's been reported on this forum that there were multiple Mavericks destroyed in this incident. Do you have the rail car number and have you tracked it? What is your dealer telling you? Over a month to get from the plant to somewhere near Philly seems like a long time. Hopefully it's just sitting on a siding somewhere or has already been off-loaded and is just waiting for a transport to your dealer.

Nah, over a month to get from plant to dealer is pretty typical these days.

Some people have waited two or three. Rail crashes in Ohio don’t help, as it disrupts scheduling.

But no question, this last bit of waiting is the worst … knowing your truck is built and on its way, and maybe even parked somewhere nearby … but you still gotta wait.

Wow, that’s a fast ship time from built — five days. Mine sat at the factory for a full month before getting on a train.

But your initial delivery date from shipped was totally unrealistic these days. Just two weeks? It’s possible, of course. Just haven’t heard of anyone in the east getting their truck here so fast.

I agree, I was shocked when I saw my original delivery range was two weeks post shipping. Now it is at around 1 month from ship date which seems more likely. I guess after waiting 17 months, what's one more month of waiting. Just praying it doesn't sit at the rail yard for months after it finally gets dropped off.

I walked into Fred Beans in Langhorn looking for a Exployer, It was to big. They had a XLT on the lot with everything I wanted. And came home 2 hours later with it. Its been a month and I like it.
