2023 Hybrid Available in South Texas

I’m near new braunfels and I ordered an 22 xlt hybrid in velocity blue but pretty much the base model. I ordered from Red McCombs Ford in San Antonio. I’m pretty sure they rolled it over to the 2023. They let me know the order was processed in January but they said it would be about a year because I was so far down the list. 2 weeks later, they had a 2023 xlt ecoboost fx4 with the tow package and all the bells and whistles and only one test drive before me. I mainly wanted the hybrid for the gas mileage but this one is getting 30mpg after 1000 miles. I think I’m just gonna stick with this one so there will be one available at some point over there so keep an eye out!

I was just notified that the build I originally ordered in October 2021 (converted to 2023) has finally arrived at my dealer. I found a 1st edition in September, so I won’t be taking this one. I’m hoping someone else will be ready for this beauty. I’m loving my 2022.

Thanks for posting this. I wish more people who canceled would post on here like this so we would have a shot at it. I would have had it, I got the call immediately after TedTX initially turned it down, but they will not sell out of state. Still this is the closest I've gotten since the journey started and this is a reputable dealer not doing markups so truly a unicorn sitting on a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.

Yes, has CP360 Assist. No ADM. They're hoping to find someone local to San Braunfels, San Antonio, or Austin.
I was next in line for the truck, but they're wanting to sell to a local and unfortunately I'm not local.
You're closer than me, so it wouldn't hurt to reach out.

Nope they won't sell out of state. They called and offered it, but would not close when they found out I wasn't in Texas. Can't blame them for that, but still stings and the closest I've gotten so far.

Congratulations. Funny I traded in my velocity blue for a hybrid as well and moved my tonneau over. In my guess the hybrid was the one I ordered 15 months ago and the trade in purchased while I was waiting. Agree with others that surprised that was not gone in 15 minutes at MSRP.

The back story was the salesman Chris was very protective of local first guy who had a strong interest (me) so maverick was hiddened, keys where purposely under his lock and key. Because of a vin matching fluke the Maverick didn’t appear to others in the system.
He was very crafty ( sure others would use a less positive term ) but I did have it locked up definitely under half hour from OPs post.
