Hello all, I have been a long-time viewer and occasional poster on this Forum which has provided invaluable insight, news, tips, and inspiration (shout-out @SLAMOLOGIST @Dodeboost @volksnuts @Vtec87pr1 @MikeyG @tkammen270 and many others). Thank you sincerely to this community.
I ordered my 2022 Ford Maverick XL 2.0L EcoBoost AWD in Shadow Black on 26 January 2022 with these factory options - All-Weather Floor Liners, 400W Inverter, 4K Tow Package, Steel Wheels, and Full-size Spare (which I now regret adding). I took delivery on 19 December 2022 purchasing the truck at MSRP with X-Plan Pricing.
The winter is a challenging time of the year to work on your vehicle on the East Coast without a garage but I feel like I’ve made enough progress to start this thread. More to come as additional items get added (or removed).
By the way, for those in the DMV-area (if you know, you know) MachV Motorsports is willing and able to support bolt-on modifications for your Maverick. They’ve been around for decades primarily supporting the Subaru and Mitsubishi community. I’ve been taking my WRX and wife’s Forester there for years and they were more than happy to help out with the springs, exhaust, rear sway bar, and mounting tires.
The below could have been broken down by Suspension, Powertrain, etc. but went this route so apologies for being all-over-the-place and long-winded.
Please let me know if you have any questions, comments, or suggestions. At the end of this list you’ll also see items I either have and have not installed or am considering purchase and welcome any thoughts.

How do you like those alla reverse bulbs? I was looking at the lasfit ones but they are over $40 and looks like the allas are around $20. I’ve seen some videos on the lasfit and they are BRIGHT but noting on the alla ones.
