Last oct 3 I did have the spray in bed liner removed
So, here's the deal. To date, ~40% of EB orders haven't been scheduled. Someone has to be in that 40%, myself included. It could be your dealership simply didn't prioritize your order above others. But as an EB, you will end up before most because Ford has more capacity than orders.

I wouldn't worry until we get to May and you aren't scheduled.

Your not the only one, early December 21 order, EB XL no constraints, I did just get scheduled but by the time it’s built and delivered it will be 15 or 16 months.

I don't know about 2021 rollover EBs. But there should only be about 11,300 EBs total left to schedule if Ford is keeping their 35-65 ratio and only matching 2022 production:

I'm not doubting your math, I always assumed ford would be done with retail EB orders by May or June then what, pump out EB stock orders?

That's also when the new shift begins, right? really confused here. ford doesn't have the capability to ease constraint on hybrid engines, but they hire thousands of people?

I personally believe they will roll over to stock while keeping the option open for hybrid orders to switch the EB. That said, we don't know why they plan to expand the line. They may plan to beef up their Bronco Sport production and just didn't want to cannibalize the Maverick, thus it would make no difference. Or Ford could be expecting a wave of hybrid parts in July and plan to expand production in July to crank out as many as they can before the end of the model year. We don't know.

All we know right now is Ford is looking to add another line and the last EB order should be scheduled in April, allocations and constraints notwithstanding.

mm at this point I believe ford can't and won't even attempt to ease constraint on hyrid and going to leave all hybrid orders SOL. Didn't they even say back in september that MY24 rollovers won't get any sort of protection?

You still owe me 50 when my truck doesnt get built

The only thing they said is you won't get pricing protection if it isn't scheduled. That was a one-time thing. If you are scheduled and it gets cancelled, Ford has been offering protection for those but I suspect Ford will be a little more conservative with their end-of-year scheduling to prevent that.

bold of you to assume 65% of hybrids will be scheduled at all

I apologize if I'm salty, but I blame ford on this one

If they only match last year's production, they will have built 62.8% of hybrid orders by the end of November. Now, add a third shift with the same 35-65 ratio and that number jumps to 94%.

Now, that assumes Ford has the parts. But you can see how simply keeping the same ratio and adding another shift takes the hybrid orders from "coin-flip" to extremely doable.

As we don't know what the plan is yet, we can only speculate.

Just got mine, 10/21 order. Reordered 23MY 9/22. Scheduled 11/22. Built 12/22. Picked up last week, 13 Jan 23. 441 days from order to delivery. XLT ECO LUX 360 FX4 4K ALTO. SMALL DEALERSHIP. Had to get after market (LineX) spray in liner and didn't get bed rail cargo mgt. (Yeah, just read the thread that it's no longer a constraint and there's a discount code that includes the rail system with spray liner for $495. Paid $450 for LineX.)

Okay. Your dealer could run out of allocations and so it may not matter how many extra trucks Ford builds; your dealer won't see another truck. You could also be asking for an add-on Ford runs out of. Even with the last EB order being scheduled in April on paper, there is any number of reasons why a specific EB order doesn't get scheduled until August.

I share math. Be as optimistic or pessimistic as you want with it.
