After searching for the active modules when I download the file to my PC, which app do I need to open the file?

Hi! You actually don't need to download any file. What you'll see is simply the modules, or codes, displayed below. If your truck hasn't been built yet, then it will remain "End of Information - G" at the bottom. If it has been built, then you'll see a very long page of code. If you look in the previous page, I took a picture of what it would look like once the truck was built.

Maverick was supposed to be produced 1/16 as 185/910. Yesterday, it was still showing as "in Prod'n" 1/16, and the same today. I checked for modules and it showed a long list but the file ends in "G".
I called the dealer the morning, and he said it was marked as "Produced".
Is it actually "Built" or stuck "In Prod'n"?

I called Ford Marketing center ~8:30 est, lady says "in production", ETA 2/15-21, that's all she can see.
Called Ford Customer Response Center ~9:30, lady says "produced" , finished 1/16, ETA dealer 2/5-12.
~11am est, Ford Order Tracking still shows "In Production".
Fords customer communication tools are "a right royal mess"!

Doesn't it always end with a "G"? I have many pages of codes, both PCM and BCE. Then at the end it still says:
End of Information
G

Mine has been showing "In production" since 1/12...and the modules were populated some time on 1/13. It still doesn't show "Built", but when I chatted with Ford yesterday, they told me delivery would be 2/2 to 2/8. Seems like it must be built if they think they can get it from Mexico to Wyoming in the next 15-21 days.

My 11/1/21 order, was scheduled on 1/16, and appeared on my dealer's vehicle visibilty report as "produced" when he checked on 1/17. Yesterday I called 2 different centers, one said "in production", and the other said "produced", "finished" on 1/16. The order tracker today still says "In Production".
So I just called Customer Relations Center, and the lady said "In Production"! So I asked how it could be both "In Production" and "Produced". The explanation I got was that "Produced" was stage 4 of "In Production", and that it was somewhere "In Assembly" (perhaps awaiting inspection), but it was not "Built", nor "Released for shipment".
WTF??

Did Ford say you had a railcar number? Seems odd it not showing built but your delivery window still shows first week of February. My Bronco Sport was built on the 9th. Showed shipped on the 11th and the train left the factory either late on the 12th or early morning of the 13th. My Delivery window is 2/01-2/07 to Southwest Idaho. Spent three days sitting in the railyard in Tucson, moved to Colton, CA yesterday and is sitting now probably waiting on a train to be built going to Salt Lake City where it'll go on a truck. What ramp does your window sticker show? I wonder if you're going to be dropped off to a truck in Salt Lake if you're in Wyoming.

I think I am in the same boat and haven't bothered to fuel my confusion by calling Ford again...

Have a build week of January 9th. Got a window sticker 1/03, modules 1/07, "in production" 1/11... But that's where it stopped... No progress or change since. I assume it's been built, or is getting something else 'finished' and the tracker just hasn't updated.

Oh well. Hoping they can still get close to their 'estimated arrival' of February 3rd.

Try asking what stage it is in. My truck shipped, but before it did it was in trim line stage

I called Ford last night and got a little more. She told me my Maverick had gone to the Mod shop and returned on 1/15 (Sunday???). The only add-on needing that trip would be the bed rail cleats and that would have been a quick trip (My salesman failed to take them off of my cancelled/reorder and I missed it until too late).

So all modules are populated, my Sync3 was updated on 1/12/23, and it was done with the mod shop 4 days ago. It really has to be "built", just not marked as such.

I am in Eastern WY, my area codes on the WS and order show Denver. The last Maverick delivered here to this dealer was sent to Denver. That is likely where the rail trip ends and where they truck them from. Our Rail yards are filled with coal cars here.

I'll give it a few more days and pop into the dealer on Monday to see if it shows as shipped...if I can get them to check. Not really much to do but patiently wait at this point.

Denver definitely makes more sense for ya. Thought maybe we were riding the same train but definitely not if you were still at the factory on the 15th. Either way, I hope you get it in the first week of February still.

OK. After all the above...My modules are all live, truck is reportedly back from the mod shop on 1/15/23, Sync was updated on 1/12/23, FCS tells me yesterday that my ETA at the dealer is between 2/2 and 2/8... Everything basically looks smooth, except the tracker doesn't say "built" yet, despite having that ETA within 2-3 weeks...

Then this afternoon, I open my email to this. The last email I had gotten from Ford was 12/1/22 with the build date of 1/9. Ford just does not seem to have tracking together, and I'll be glad when this rollercoaster ride is done..

I do see that my 2022 Order is still live in the system as well...minus the order date. Hope different people work in Ford's VEHICLE IT department than in Ford's TRACKING IT Dept.
