You stated your Ford Pass app could not locate your vehicle. You must activate Ford Pass while in the vehicle. The only why beyond that, is for you to request access, and someone in the vehicle to allow access.

Stuck "In production" for 2 weeks and 6 days

I know he said that, but I recall the plant being listed as closed for a week at Christmas. Our "inside source" at Ford retired and so a lot of the scheduling info we get are from dealers sharing what Ford tells them.
Stopped at the dealer and he gave me the delivery date of January 17,2023, dealer was the one who said it could be located once the truck started wherever it was located. ( Mods active)?

Was supposed to built the week of Dec 19, but was moved to week of Dec 12. Built on Dec 15 and shipped on Dec 19. It arrived in San Antonio on Dec 30. Waiting to be trucked to Kerrville this week or next
Been a long wait 
I was scheduled for production 12/19. Ford order tracking updated to “in production” on 12/16. Finally showed up as “built” on 12/23, with a 12/22 “in production” date. Clearly not the most accurate.
How do you know it arrived in San Antonio? Can you get a more granular shipping status update from FCS or your dealer?Was supposed to built the week of Dec 19, but was moved to week of Dec 12. Dealer had a tracking app that pinned it to the rail yard in SA where all of their vehicles come in to.

Do you have your VIN and able to open your window sticker? In my case I was advised window sticker would be viewable couple days before it REALLY was in Production- as in ready to go down the line. That proved accurate.

Yeah I pretty much have everything. Window sticker and VIN. Recieved the email on the 12th, got the sticker on the 14th. I was told it went down the line on there 22nd and went into final assembly on the 23rd, but im assuming the holidays prevented it from going any further
I had a build week of 12/19. I got my out of parts email a few days ago. 384 days waiting since original 2021 order.

I haven't waited that long, but I'm approaching a full year as well. I'm in final assembly, but have zero constraints (also confirmed by ford) yet I still got that email
