I’m convinced Maverick is worthy of my next Truck purchase after seeing in person (from 5’7” perspective)

Hahahaha. I shouldn’t have used that word, I’m only 5’9”. It’s why I’m a huge fan of cowboy boots, 5’11” instantly and boots don’t “seem” like I’m trying to hard.
Cowboy boots are cool but just not in SW Florida with shorts.

Went to see the Maverick today. Much more impressive in person . Solidly built, lots of storage space, plenty of leg and head room. I am 5 ft 7 inches and this was a Lariat.

Took several pics, the Trainer was very generous with discussions of the Maverick.

This was Carbonized Grey. Those that have been curious about seeing over the hood, rest easy ! The dealership also had a Bronco Sport Badlands and The hood was so much higher it blocked my road visibility. I am convincing about the Maverick , just need to choose the exact configuration and options.

Thanks for sharing your experiences. It is a little ridiculous that almost every impressions vid (for every car/truck) is "as a 6ft + person".
No one seems to realize just how real the struggle with interior geometry is 😂. I once drove an early 2000's Dodge where I had to lean completely sideways to adjust the radio, like head below the line of the dash sideways! I hated that truck.

I wear Nike Air Max shoes. The air bubble soles give me 1-2 inches.
All the secrets be spilling out in the Maverick forum!

They are fine with a Hawaiian Shirt.... and of course, a cowboy hat to keep that hot sun off you

Unless you are wearing a tube top
Yes, shorts with boots are only appropriate on female coeds. The tube top is a nice choice to go with this as well as a cowboy hat. This fashion is typically seen on the front rows at football games (particularly in Florida and Texas) so that cameramen can focus on them for fleeting moments to tease us mid-life and later guys with what once was.

I really wish they could’ve done any color but that brown, it clashes. If they did all navy pier activeX in the Lariat, I would’ve had no issues upgrading. I was on the fence about upgrading to a Lariat since all the other features are what I want but I honestly can’t live with that brown 🤮

why couldn’t the Lariat be the one to get additional interior colors! Convinced it will happen in the future.

Yes!

I want Lariat options but the interior with the bronze is too much for me to overlook.

My Wife is 5 feet tall, that's why I got the Luxury Package with the electric seat so she could hit that sweet spot for her driving position and YES other then Johny ftom Johny's car care (he's 5' 10") every freaking YouTuber is 6'2" to 6'5" (I'm 5'7" too) so nice knowing she'll fit PERFECTLY in her Maverick, well when it FINALLY arrives. You know I have to add I really like almost all the people who are Club Members, it's seems like if we all met we'd all get along very well. Can't wait to get the Maverick "Wave" going once we're all on the road (well when my Wife let's me drive hers that is;) also can't wait to see it parked next to my 2018 F-150 STX, it'll be like it had a baby;)

How do you find out where one might be ? Would love to see in person while waiting for my order.
I received a phone call from my dealer "Miller ford Mt Holly NJ" saying the trainer would be at there dealership today. I have to say I was impressed with the truck. I'm 6ft and felt very comfortable behind the wheel. Currently own a F-150 and am looking to down size. Received my build notice and it should ship sometime in Oct. Fx4, XLT. Engine was extremely quiet. Miller ford has kept me informed every step of the way.

Get out of here you giant. This thread is for us shorter (5' 8" and under) people ;)

(Just to make it clear since people misinterpret the written word, YES, I am kidding.)
