Ordered 18 Sept 2021. XLT with a Hybrid.
Sept 23, 2022, scheduled for production 17 October;
Sept 27 Slipped to Oct 24;
Oct 4, slipped to Nov 27;
Oct 11, moved UP do Nov 14th;
October 18th slipped to Dec 5;
Oct 25 slipped to Dec 19th

Dec 19th called ford requesting status...
"Oh, it was moved into the 2023 model year on the 16th of November. Didn't you know?"
2023 build dates starting Jan 9 2023!

Ok..this circle jerk has gone on plenty long! What the eff???

My order was Oct 9, 2021. Basically same story as you. Latest update for production date Jan 12th. Lariat Lux hybrid with 360 packages. Everything else dropped.

Update: I DID go to the dealer. it rolled over to the '23, and I was told a build date (11 Jan) and that the price I was quoted was good. so I guess I gotta change my profile...

My best friend ordered a XLT Hybrid in October 2021 and was one of the configurations that rolled over to the 2023 Model Year. He is still waiting for word from his dealer that it went into production. It's been scheduled for production and slipped 3 times already.

I ordered a xlt hybrid Sept. 9th, had build dates in Oct.Nov. and Dec. Now like you have build week of Jan. 9th......whatever I'll probably never see the truck.

Well….let me tell you my story, it will cheer you up. Like you I ordered last Oct. Got scheduled, moved several times and then cancelled. Dealer changed my order number at the rollover from R644 to 644R. Ford didn’t recognize me as a rollover. They saw me as a new order. Instead of making me a priority 02 I am a 10. Dealer won’t admit they made a mistake and won’t help fix it. Can’t talk to anyone in Ford. Customer service is clueless. So I would say that you are very lucky to have a build date. I may be the one who will never see the truck. See…..don’t you feel better already?

That sucks big time.....you would think the dealer could get with the regional manager and get your order back on track.

Called ford today. Not only a new VIN, but it's on the TRIMLINE!!! I might actually SEE it! (someday...)
