I have tried this tracker and nothing happens after I enter order and VIN. Is there a trick to it?
Do you have any blockers or plugins on your internet browser that would prevent it from working? The Ford website gets really weird if you don't allow cookies and geo-location sharing. You pretty much have to allow all their browser requests or things don't display properly. If you have said "no" to ford.com in the past, it sometimes remembers that and doesn't work well. Because of that, some people have better success using a "private/incognito" browser session since it often acts as a totally fresh session for you. Or use your phone versus a laptop/desktop. Just try as many different browser versions as you can. Mobile version, desktop version. Safari, Chrome, Firefox, MS Edge browser, etc....
That link should show pic of your vehicle, link to Window Sticker and further down the page what is on your truck. On top it shows a progress bar of order, in production, built, shipped and delivered. It will have the circle filled in for present stage. But it doesn't show progress of going down the assemble line. At least it doesn't for me. Mine is in production for this week also, with a build day of Friday, 12/23.
Use Firefox it will work
