OEM hitch area cover.

I saw someone had a hitch and trimmed the OEM rear bumper cover to fit around the cable and the hitch. It had measurements and instructions. I just can't find it. The part is backordered with no ETA. I have looked here with no luck. Any assistance in where to find it, would be greatly appreciated.
