Any update on the dash cover, do you still like it???
most definitely yes! I guess I didn’t say much since most people on here hate dash mats and it is not my first dash cover I got from this company since I had one in my Escape and it was great the entire time I had it.

I ordered one… ship date is August, they must really put it on a slow boat from China.

Probably timing. When I ordered mine they had 8 in stock and got it in less than a week after ordering it. Now other people know about it and are ordering them too.

I'm in Florida and have never used one. I suppose it could help cut down on the glare. I use a windshield shade so don't know if I need it so much for the UV. Does it really help much?

So you guys are telling me this is something you leave in place while you're driving????

second question: Doesn't this add to the heat gain if the Mav is parked in the sun for a couple of hours??

Last question: Is this kind of thing used while driving, and then one of those foil sun blockers while parked?

Serious questions, all. I'm heading out west with my Mav in ten days and I think maybe I should get one....

i find that it does help hold the dash temperature down. This mat fits so well I don’t even need to put any sticky Velcro tabs.

Uh, couldn't look at that everyday. I'll go the windshield sun shade route

I'm in Savannah so I get the heat and sun block, but like others that just looks tacky to me. I think I will end up getting clear ceramic tint on the windshield and existing tinted windows if they don't block infrared and UV, then tint front windows to match the rear. That should block all harmful UV and heat generating infrared from getting in.

I'd rather throw a cover on after a dash looks like crap, in the meantime I'd just spray down every so often with that Aerospace protectant stuff.
That protectant stuff that evaporates in the hot sun and then condenses on the windshield?
