I responded that I wished I had a VIN.

When Ford Chat says I can use my VIN to check status. LOL

Chat is busier on Mondays. Try another day or call Ford at 800-334-4375. The longest I have waited when I called was four or five minutes.
I had the same thing. It only took about 25 minutes to chat with someone. I just worked while I waited.
I must have been right ahead of you as there were only 85 ahead of me.
I'm in the same sinking boat, and I HAVE a VIN! My truck has been on 3 railcars: Mexico -> Arizona, Arizona -> Illinois, and Illinois -> Indiana, and not one time has the railcar # on the Ford Tracking system been populated.I responded that I wished I had a VIN.

Ford Chat tells me I too can check Ford Tracking using my VIN, but I might as well ask NJ Pinelands where my truck is.
How ya doing NJ? Clemson picked up another 4-star commitment for its football team today.
But I'm thankful Ford Chat keeps telling me where my truck is. Indiana is only 750 miles from Raleigh, NC. So close.

It is getting harder and harder to follow all my nephews ‘ colleges—Florida, Villanova, Rutgers, and now Clemson. Glad no two are in the same conference lol. Go Tigers and Scarlet Knights and Gators and Wildcats !
