Bedrug question: is water an issue? Bed Rug

I am wondering if anyone can tell me if I buy a bedrug from https://bedrug.com/ will I have to worry about it holding water for a long time and remaining damp? I live in the damn Pacific Northwest (PNW) where it rains 300 days a year and I worry if I put a bedrug in my truck it will seldom dry out and be damp and probably stinky most of the time. Anyone from the PNW have any experience with this product?

Although I do not live in the DPNW, I would be concerned about bed rust. May be ok with a spray-in bedliner...... or a tonneau cover.................
