Yeah, we didn't take it up the chuter the last 2 years with the pandy either ,right?

Your anger is not only misdirected but also silly. All auto dealerships of all brands are empty.

Dealerships need nationwide policy procedure. If they don't follow a 3 year MSRP of new vehicles they will be given 50% less of their normal allocations. The maverick wont be the only one with this issue.

How is Ford making purchasing impossible? Dealers are doing this.
They are not delivering in a reasonable amount of time and after waiting for 6 months or more are telling customers to remove items from their build in the hopes of getting a vehicle sooner. Awful customer service is causing customers to walk away and then the dealers are adding 10k to the price. They are doing it to make up for less vehicle inventory. They need to make a living too. By now Ford should have come up with an alternative solution for the chip shortage.

Dealers are fine with the MSRP from an ordering customer. When that order falls out the next customer gets to suck up the extra 10k.

Is it really Ford?
Is it really the dealers?

if buyers would refuse to pay more than MSRP, (remember, we used to be able to get them for under MSRP because they wanted them off their lot). So, wait it out if possible, when you order, you and the dealer agree on a price and sign the paperwork, yes, the sales person, sales manager and you.

just say “NO” to ADM…

You are going to be in for a big surprise this summer when the shortages hit the kitchen table.

It's not Ford's fault.

The dealers are struggling to stay afloat.

Wake up.

Im wide awake . Is anyone really going to trust a dealership that just screwed them for an extra 10K?
