Airplay Converter Box and Maverick Wifi

I purchased a Car Smart converter Carplay Box V3.2109.LX-90T for my 2022 Ford Maverick.

The Carplay Box worked as promised, but when I hook up to my truck's wifi, it disconnects from the device. I tried to only connect through Bluetooth, but then it disconnects me from my truck's wifi. Is there a solution to this problem? Having the wifi in my truck is awesome!

I did not update it, but I guess it’s worth a shot.

You can’t be connected to two WiFi connections at the same time. Wireless CarPlay works over peer to peer Wi-Fi. You can either connect to the truck Wi-Fi and use wired CarPlay or you can use the wireless CarPlay and cellular.
