I ordered from JC Lewis (order confirmed 7/19) Hybrid Lariat Lux w/ Sunroof. The only communication I've had is when I reach out to my sales person. I reached out yesterday and got the same information you all seem to have received "We don't know"...

Unfortunately I ordered with them as well, figured 4.5 stars on Google would be OK. But...

Definitely feel like I know more about what going on than them thanks to Tim Bartz @fordvideoguy wonderfully informative videos.

When I asked for confirmation of ROVP approval confirmation, I just got order screen shot. I had to send an email to the sales manager to get some push and get the right screenshot sent.

It has not been all bad though. My salesman did reach out to let me know an Ecoboost was not taken by a customer and wanted to know if I wanted it. And the mark up was not horrible. But I will continue to wait for my hybrid wether it becomes a 23 MY or not. Just happy I am in no real need of a new vehicle (knock on wood) my Equinox will hold out as long as I need, just paid it off actually.

I have not received my "in production" email. I spoke with my sales person at JC Lewis Ford on March 1 and as of that date they had 8 in transit (only one hybrid). He did say they've had a handful of Hybrids and a number of ecoboost delivered (no specific numbers). When and what did you order?

They keep saying ford doesn't have the parts to build mine but I feel like they are getting higher margin orders ahead of mine.

Just heard from JC Lewis Ford in Savannah that my Mav is scheduled for production the week of 5/16. Relevant details are in my signature.

That likely means my similar build order from October has a couple months before being scheduled. But who knows, could be lucky.
