Hi ordered Maverick Lariat ecoboost on Nov23rd in Ontario Canada with all packages no build date yet. Can someone at Ford assist Thanks

Sorry, not likely. You are a late order, so don’t expect a call from Ford anytime soon.
Being in Canada, your dealer might be your main point of contact for updates.

You can tag Ford Motor Company on here, but probably won’t hear much.

November 2021 EB order? I would say you will start getting emails around late April/early May.
Ford is still producing/building orders from June/July/August 2021 timeframe and need to fulfill those before later ones get considered. I believe only the basic w/EB & no packages or add-ons would be built faster.

Not for certain, but most on this forum have mentioned that Canadian orders do not receive the emails the way US orders do, so this person may not get any correspondence that way.

Not for certain, but most on this forum have mentioned that Canadian orders do not receive the emails the way US orders do, so this person may not get any correspondence that way.

@Simba I would reach out to Ford Motor Company here on MTC. Go to MEMBERS, type Ford Motor Company, then click on Start Conversation. Make sure you have the retail order number.

Try calling Ford Canada. I ordered a similar build (lariat lux, off toad, trailer packages) on March 15 and had a VIN this week with build date scheduled for May 2nd. Some folks waiting since last yeat won't like it, but specific dealer allocation seems to matter to a degree. Calling to get your VIN and order number moving can't hurt.

This is the same for me - ordered in February 2022 and have been told we have a VIN and build date for May. Canadian orders seem to be handled differently than US?

Did all Maverick customer orders not close in January?? How could you possibly even order in Feb/March, let alone have a build date already?
