Is my vehicle actually shipped?

I received the email from Ford that truck has shipped on 3/28. But in the Ford tracking portal there is not a date under "Shipped." Is the truck really shipped of is it just staged for shipping? My delivery estimate to Indiana is 4/23 to 4/29. I am going to ask my sales rep. for the railcar info, but I wanted to make sure it is in fact shipped first.

Is the yellowed out portion have a date? IF so, that means it shipped, yet different from Expected Delivery (final destination/dealer). I received an email showing Expected Delivery. Maybe different today.

There is no date populated under "Shipped" field. That is part of the question.

Under Shipped ours never populated with a date. The only place we ever saw a ETA for a delivery window was lower and to the left under Estimated Delivery/Delivery Status and the original email Ford sent letting us know it had been shipped.

After it was delivered it changed from Estimated Delivery to Delivery Status

Mine did not update with a date either; yours has shipped and you should reach out to your dealer for the railcar number/convoy info if you would like to track it.

If I recall correctly at least as of earlier in the month (March) it showed a date under shipped and an estimated delivery lower down. Then they changed the tracker and it no longer shows those.

No, just the rail destination code in the RAMP ONE box.

No, you have to get the railcar info from the Dealership. It is on the vehicle visibility report. They can actual see every stage of the build to delivery. They are three updates to my shipping progress and it just entry the US in Arizona.

Mine was shipped on March 23rd with a destination to Illinois. I noticed it was at customes for a few days. I live in Indiana and driving to Illinois to pick up.
mine has no delivery date set. But was notified from Ford it’s April 4-10.
