Just got my Maverick!

Waited 4 1/2 months for my truck, it finally got in. Ordered at the start of November, Build date 2-7-2022, Delivered 3-10-2022.
2022 Ford Maverick Ecoboost FWD, Carbonized Gray, Tray Floor Mats, Spray in Bedliner, Tow hitch with 4 pin connector.
Kept up with my truck, feverishly checking the trackers, including when it was on the rail car. My credit isn’t too good, but the guys at JC Lewis in Statesboro worked with me, and got my payments where I needed, along with some extras. It’s my first new vehicle that I’ve ever bought and I’m happy with my decision.

Ok. First off, congratulations. Secondly no offense but this kinda pisses me off. I ordered XL, hybrid, 360, sibl. Was told ford asked dealer to call me to remove 360 and sibl. I took off sibl but kept 360. Then I get scheduled for build week of May 2. So how is it you order November with sibl but I don’t get it though I ordered 8/29? You get built 2-7-22 deliver 3-10-22?

I don’t know myself, they did show me a list of things that could possibly hold mine back, and with those in consideration, I picked what I wanted that was within my price, then it was submitted.
I count myself very lucky and my sympathies do go out to you and all those who ordered before me, and still haven’t received your truck. I’ve looked across this website, and have seen many explanations, but the first thing that should be honored is time of order. My sales rep told me 3 people he has helped, ordered in June, and they haven’t got theirs either

Does his truck being an EcoBoost and yours being a hybrid have anything to do with it?

There's just something about a new vehicle that just makes you feel good. You get an added good feeling with owning a new model vehicle.
