Best place for vehicle production information?

A few weeks ago I found, by calling the Ford marketing number, 800-334-4374, that I had a VIN. (I have never received an email from Ford! Never!) The agent told me that I could go to shop.ford.com/vehicleordertracking and get updates, so I did that. All I can find out is that they have my order. I've known that for months. I clicked on view window sticker. That did nothing, and led nowhere. My salesman says I have a build date of week of April 18. I can't find that anywhere myself.

Am I looking in the wrong place for information?

My experience is that the window sticker is available about two days before your build date.

It's perfectly normal for the tracker to say "Order Confirmed" until your truck actually goes into production so I wouldn't sweat it to much. April 18th is your estimated build date so you got awhile.

Like Joe mentioned the Window Sticker won't appear in the tracker until a day or two before your truck is going down the line and being built.
