Anybody Order in Jan 2022?

Would love to here from anybody that ordered in January 2022 just curious who else is late to game like us. Ordered ours on Jan 7ish. XLT AWD FX4 360 Velocity Blue. We ordered fully well knowing we are in for a long wait but hey more time to save money right!? Dealer told us it would take about three months to take delivery to which we said fingers crossed but I doubt it. Really just hoping our dealer was able to get the order in since we haven’t received much of any info past the receipt from the order and the build form that we filled out when ordering, no emails or anything. Don’t mind the wait if they didn’t get it in before Ford put put the pause on orders but they least they could do is tell us so I can decide to either suck it up and buy a beater car for back and forth or deal with putting a ton of miles on my BMW.

Nice sounds like you got in right under the wire then haha. I have a feeling that we might be the unlucky souls that aren’t receiving updates from ford. We know our dealer doesn’t have much of a problem getting mavericks though, we were able to test drive back in November and sense then have seen quite a few come and go from the lot.

Yeah...... I knew going in I was late to the party!! Have been looking for a new vehicle for about a year now. Totally in a different direction. SUV.
I came across the Maverick somewhere and started researching......... Just loved the truck. Price, looks and options. Then heard Ford was closing new orders...... I know I will be waiting. I have a work truck so really don't need a vehicle. But after three years I decided I need a vehicle.... So... Here we are!!

I'm in the boat with some . no emails from ford . I was able to call ford and they did verify my order was valid and it must be close to being built as they were kind enough to give me my vin # order was placed 12/22/21 alto blue XLT ECO Boost, front wheel drive, hitch . sliding rear window, floor mats,

I was laughing because I read order as "odor." It's like the joke about punctuation: there's a big difference between "Let's eat, Grandma!" and "Let's eat Grandma!"

I ordered on 1/26. I am in no rush to take delivery but am a little worried since my order was not approved as of last Saturday when I stopped by my dealer - it was still in "pending" status. I asked @fordvideoguy and he said not to worry, it is probably due to the backlog of orders at the last minute.

Also, my dealer has 85 Maverick's still waiting to be built and since I am at the bottom of the list with some constraints I am not sure I will make it this model year, especially since they only have 15 allocations this month.

I plan on ordering a 2023 hybrid on August 16h whether I have the 2022 EB or not. Good luck to all of us late to the party.

I think I actually read your post right after I made mine! Hope for sure, we actually finally got through to someone with customer service about 30minutes ago and they confirmed the order is in and is just stuck in the processing phase. So hopefully we will get info. They had us confirm our email to so in theory we will actually receive those now but who knows.

Haha ah ok. In canada we dont get emails from ford lol everything is through the dealer. So if you have a good relationship with your sales rep, you get updates. If not… well
