Priced increased when I removed Tonneau Cover from order

Today I went to my dealer and removed the Tonneau cover and window air reflectors from my order hoping it would speed up when my Maverick would be scheduled to be built. I took off $680 dollars from the price of the vehicle from my original order and my out-the-door price increased $210 with the changes. Original order had a Price Level of 220. My revised order has a Price Level of 225. The dealership was to contact their Ford rep. to find out why this happened, I am waiting on what they find out. Any insight would be appreciated.

FWIW, I remember seeing posts that any changes after the price increases from Ford in December would show up on the window sticker and on the website, but would not actually be invoiced that way when delivered. But I do not have any first hand knowledge.

Yes that is true Mr. FORD Himself Tim Got to love that Guy. he said it in one of his Tuesday night live streams hat was the way it would work also I took my hard roll up cover off my x l t and the same thing happened my price went up he contacted the local rep the price will still be the same when I actually buy it so there's no problem at least in my case .

Had the same issue after removing my tonneau cover to speed up, Build. Dealership didn’t respond when I noticed, but contacted Tim, and he gave the same information it computes automatically. But when truck comes in price should be off your initial pricing and price code 220. Just keep your papers and they have to adjust and honor.

My dealership told me yesterday they have 49 Maverick orders in, about 9 delivered and about 15 ordered after me. They said I 'should' have it as a '22' model. Of course I have the Hybrid Lariat Lux Package, so that can change the game? Good Luck to you also on getting your Maverick!
