Color change of numbers in module list

I have been able to look at my modules for over a week and some numbers were black, and some were blue. Today all of them were BLACK. I am hoping that means they are all "popped". Can any help me with that?

I noticed mine were different colors as well. It has since shipped so I don’t know if they all turned one color or not.
