Truxedo roll up bed cover install - need help

My Truxedo roll up bed cover arrived yesterday. My confidence is pretty low installing stuff like it, but most of the steps seem fairly straightforward. However, I don’t understand the step in the picture. I am going to watch the video on the website when I install. I was also hoping the forum could explain that step so an idiot like me could understand. Thanks!

That is an adjustment that stretches the cover to fully fit the bed and to tighten it up when the weather and time causes the fabric to change tension.

Ive got one on my MAV and can say with confidence you can install it no problem.
