Let me give you the script -
Thank you for ordering a Maverick. Your vehicle is "waiting for production"
When it is scheduled for production you will receive a vin number and will be able to track it.
Your next question ? - "When do you think that will be ? " Oh yes hmmm ok .... sometime next year. After tomorrow the answer will be sometime THIS year. Until it is scheduled with a vin they cant really tell you anything but whether they see an order when you give them your info.

Nope. Not with any certainty or accuracy. you are better off searching here for threads where people explain how they track car carrying trains leaving the factory with Mavs on them. Some even track their Mav as it moves from the train to a transporter truck heading for deliveries at dealerships.

You have to have an order number to use the tracker - he wouldnt have an order # if he was buying a "stock unit" from a dealer

They are very polite but really don't know anything, About as much as your dealer seems to know. I gave up and just kept an eye on my emails and just like that got 12/16/21 Scheduled for production build date of 2/7/22. Good things come to those that wait
