Mega Congratulations! I ordered my Maverick Lariat 10/5/21 but I keeping my order the same as when I ordered. The spray in liner is a must but I can wait to get it exactly how I want it!

I went w/o the spray in liner in my hybrid, and mine is shipped and on its way to me now. I will have the spray in liner done aftermarket. I'd rather not have to wait longer for something easily done after delivery.

I had thought of doing the same so I went and spoke with my salesman and he spoke to his GM. They told me to keep the order the way it is. I can wait. Well, that's what I'm telling everyone including myself. Hahaha

Very, Nice. Did you ever consider the Alto Blue? I have an alto blue Lariat on order and am thinking about changing to Red Pepper. Thought anyone?

I ordered the the same! I just don't understand why the Lariat is outfitted with the brown/sand colored seats whereas the XLT has those two toned blue colored seats?

Do you think backing out the spray-in bedliner did make a big difference? I have a Cactus Grey XL ordered with the hitch, spray in liner, and the 400 watt inside inverter. I'm not in that big of a hurry, and didn't order until October 25th so don't expect my hybrid anytime soon anyway. I could back out the liner but really do want it and would then have it done locally if I don't get it from Ford. I'd prefer it be done by the factory, but would have to weigh how much additional time that might delay my truck.

My thoughts exactly! I had a 2004 Tacoma with an OE spray in bedliner and it held up very well. I'm believing the same will be true on the Maverick!

The ice has broken here comes the flood of hybrids. Thx for sharing, we should do a SoCal Maverick meet in Bigbear in the spring. I live in Santa Clarita, my estimated delivery got pushed to 1-3-22. So I may get it between Christmas and New Years.

I also live in SC. My Hybrid should be here around the middle of January. Maybe some day we can meet at Western Bagel.

Just got a call from local dealer that my 12/15 delivery is in the lot…Lariat hybrid hot pepper with floor mats and tow hitch…confirmed no mark up…

Going to pick up after work…7/27 order date 11/23 build date. Shipped 12/2

UPDATE:

Got my hybrid home as an early Xmas present…it’s dark or I’d send more pics tonight…have to say the hot pepper looks amazing. Thanks to Ken Grody Ford for excellent service.

So now that I’ve had a hour or so to process this here’s some initial thoughts. First at delivery was the first time I’ve actually seen a maverick in person, I ordered sight unseen. It’s bigger than I thought it would be. I absolutely love the hot pepper red. It has crimson orange metallic color that you see in the photos. The inside is exactly as expected and very nice…the whole family is very impressed with the truck. I’ve only driven it home from the dealer so I’ll wait to comment.

A few years back, I remember reading that the color of vehicles that is most often cited for speeding was red. It catches the eye, and not necessarily for just being attractive.
Coincidence?
One may decide for oneself.
I occasionally find myself inadvertently “drifting” a few mph over
the limit. Hence one is not likely to find me driving a red vehicle, regardless of how enamored I may find myself.
