2026 Order/vin not found

Ford gave me an Order and Vin number with a build date of 1st week in December. When I login and use these numbers to track my truck (pre-filled in by Ford) I get this msg "Order Number and VIN entered do not match with a corresponding vehicle order."
Should I be concerned and contact Ford as to why?

Why not???????????????? Dealer and/or Ford!!! It is either "something" or "nothing". You need to find out which!!!

One would expect to find "vin # assigned but not scheduled by plant yet". Give them until Dec 1 ?

My tracker gives the same message. I ordered Sept 3rd and have a build week of Nov.3rd. I have checked it a number of times an get that message every time..I recently contacted my salesman at ford dealer and asked him to check. He replied yesterday with Nov. 7th build date. Good luck with your new maverick. I believe we have about the same ordered as you. 26 XLT Hybrid mine is Space White

Ford chat will help you out with this. I was following the rail car and my truck disappeared it had been dropped of at the local rail yard.

Same message here, 2026 lariat. Ordered sept 6th and currently scheduled for november 3rd. I think the error should go away closer to build date from what I've seen online.

Same thing happened to me, but that turned out to be a website error. The vehicle I received had the same VIN. Also, when I checked it a few days before picking it up, the VIN was displayed as valid. This issue may be further aggravated by the shutdown.

Perhaps the tracking becomes active when the first item on your build is scanned on the production line.
